WV one of the least innovative in the country

West Virginia is considered the third least innovative state in the country. The finance website Wallet Hub ranked the state 48th in lowest share of STEM professionals, and 47th in lowest projected STEM job demand by 2020. Massachusetts ranked number one on the list, and Mississippi came in on the bottom.
