WV & Montana boost 2nd Amendment rights

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has reached a deal with Montana that he says boosts Second Amendment protections for both states. The deal means concealed carry handgun permits issued by West Virginia or Montana Will be mutually recognized in either state.
