Woman tries to set neighbor on fire

A Kanawha County woman is accused of trying to set her neighbor on fire. The victim says she found her neighbor, Susan Scott near a storage building on her property. Scott poured gasoline on her and on the building and then set fire to gasoline on the ground. The two have been in a court battle. Scott is charged with battery and arson.
