Mayor makes donation to needle exchange program

Charleston Mayor Danny Jones is donating five-thousand-dollars to West Virginia Health Right. The mayor says he supports Health right’s needle exchange program and he wants the health department’s needle exchange to stay closed. On Monday the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department suspended its controversial needle exchange program.
