Deadly shootout with police on West Side

Charleston police shot and killed a man after he fired at officers. Thirty-nine-year-old Rodney Toler led police on a three city chase that started in Dunbar and ended in South Charleston. Toler crashed his car on Hunt Avenue and then got into a shootout with police when he was shot and killed. No officers were injured.
