Second person wanted in animal cruelty case

Charleston police are looking for a second person, after a man wanted for animal cruelty turned himself in. Twenty-one-year-old Sydney Delaney is wanted for accessory after the fact. Delaney’s boyfriend, John “Tay” Copening, junior, was wanted for hanging a dead dog in a tree last week on Madison Street.
