Man accused of breaking infant’s ribs
Parkersburg police have arrested a man accused of squeezing his 11-day old infant and breaking 14 ribs. Tyas Lipscomb is charged with child abuse. He says he got angry and squeezed the baby two or three times, causing the injuries. The infant is recovering and has been released from WVU Children’s Hospital.
