State will increase efforts to make construction zones safer

Governor Jim Justice says the state will increase its efforts to make highway construction zones safer after several fatal wrecks on I-64. Four people have died in less than month in the construction zone between Putnam and Cabell Counties. The state Department of Transportation says message boards have been added to the interstate and additional troopers will monitor the zone.
