Water crisis settlement may be costly

Not everyone who was impacted by the MCHM spill in the Kanawha River will get a payout from the water crisis settlement. Thousands of people who received government assistance may have to repay their settlement back to the government. Legal Aid of West Virginia says the best thing to do is wait and see what answers come from DHHR and the Social Security Administration.
