Man charged with killing estranged wife

A Preston County man is accused of stabbing and killing his estranged wife. Twenty-six-year-old Joseph Harrison is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his wife Kimberly. She was found Tuesday afternoon at Kingwood’s Rodeheaver Trailer Park. She died at Preston Memorial hospital.
