Your power bill may be going up

Your power bill may be going up…Appalachian Power and Wheeling Power filed a request with the Public Service Commission requesting a nearly 115-million-dollar increase. That would increase rates almost eight-percent. The average residential customer’s monthly bill would go up almost 15-dollars.
