Legislature back in special session

The West Virginia Legislature is back in special session. The session kicked off with an attempt by House Democrats to introduce a medical marijuana bill and move it directly to the floor. That bill is not part of the call issued by Governor Justice. Legislators will deal with eight bills, including the restructuring of the former Department of Education and the Arts, and a bill dealing with death benefits for firefighters killed in the line of duty.
