Heavy rain causes flash flooding

Down pours hit Kanawha and Putnam Counties over the weekend. Parts of Cross Lanes and St. Albans saw nearly two inches of rain in a short period of time resulting in flash flooding. First responders conducted several water rescues Saturday night as people were trapped in their homes and vehicles.
