West Virginia regulators say no to wind farms

West Virginia regulators denied a request by Appalachian Power Company to buy wind farms. The company wanted to buy a wind farm in Greenbrier County and another one in Ohio for a total of nearly 90-million-dollars. State officials say the deal wasn’t cost effective for customers.
