Man threatens to burn down the University of Charleston

A man is under arrest for threatening to burn down the University of Charleston. Thirty-eight-year-old David Dillistone, Jr., is charged with threats of terroristic acts. Dillistone sent a message through Facebook Messenger to a co-worker that he knew ten other veterans that would help him burn the school down.
