Hospital Merger Possible

Officials with Steel of West Virginia have asked the state Supreme Court of Appeals to find out what other health organizations are interested in buying St. Mary’s Medical Center. The reason the company wants that information is to see what the effects of the current proposed merger between St. Mary’s and Cabell-Huntington Hospital would be and to determine if there are better alternatives.
