Deadly shooting in Sissonville

A man is dead after a shooting is Sissonville. Fifty-three-year-old Tracy Stalnaker was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon on Wolfe Pen Branch Road, outside of Smitty’s Auto. Witnesses say Stalnaker threatened a man with a knife when he was shot. The man who shot Stalnaker is not in custody.
