Father suing daughter’s school over religion assignment

A West Virginia father is suing his daughter’s school over an assignment that went against his religious beliefs. Richard Penkoski’s daughter is a seventh grader at Mountain Ridge Middle School. He says she was given an assignment about Islam, and the teacher dedicated more time to Islam than any other religion.
