17-year-old arrested for driving stolen vehicle

A 17-year-old is charged with possessing a stolen vehicle. The car was stolen from the Cato Pool parking lot a week ago. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle for speeding yesterday afternoon when the suspect abandoned the vehicle on Tennessee Avenue and fled on foot. Officers took the suspect into custody without incident near Anaconda Avenue.
