WV Guard General Works to Clean Up Rise Program
Maj. Gen. James Hoyer, the West Virginia National Guard’s adjutant general, said a duplicate case was found in the RISE West Virginia flood recovery program case management system this week. The outstanding cases are now 451, according to a news release from the West Virginia National Guard. New quality control and data verification processes were implemented last week that included contractor project verification and quality assurance of construction assignments. Kanawha County has 93 cases. Greenbrier County has the most, with 106.
