Legislators approve impeachment investigation

The House of Delegates unanimously approved an impeachment investigation, mostly centered on indicted Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry. There are concerns about excessive expenditures by the Supreme Court, and legislators say other individuals on the Court may be held accountable as well.
