RISE Program is Still Running Despite Missing Signs

On Wednesday there was a noticeable change with the RISE West Virginia Program and Eyewitness News reports officials don’t know why. The signs on the RISE West Virginia offices located in Kanawha City were gone, and some wonder if the program is still operational. A West Virginia National Guard spokesperson said the program is still running and the mission remains the same to move forward with case management. The West Virginia National Guard plans to release weekly updates on where things stand with the program.
