Library Gets a Million Dollar Donation for Building Campaign

The Kanawha County Library upgrade project is a lot closer to its goal after The Greater Kanawha Foundation presented $1 million in funds for the project last week. The money is going for expansion and renovations that are expected to take 18 months to two years to complete. With the million dollar donation last week, the $27 million campaign is now just $6 million short of its goal. The campaign is expected to run through the end of the year.
