Man charged with shooting bicyclist

A Dunbar man is under arrest for shooting a man on a bicycle. Thirty-year-old Dennis Long is charged with wanton endangerment and possessing a deadly weapon. The shooting happened on July 5th on Ohio Avenue. Long turned himself in, and said he shot the man because he was afraid of being robbed. The victim is recovering from two gunshot wounds.
