State Trooper receives Purple Heart

West Virginia State Police Sergeant David Fry received the Purple Heart and Medal of Valor yesterday. Fry was shot and wounded in the line of duty last year in Lincoln County responding to a domestic situation. Governor Justice attended the ceremony and called Fry “a hero.”
