Eastern Wheeler Island sold at auction

An Ohio couple made the winning bid for Eastern Wheeler Island in the Kanawha River. James and Laura Bailor found the auction on Craigslist, and became intrigued with idea of owning an island. Their winning bid was 60-thousand-dollars. Laura Bailor says she is considering turning the island into a spiritual retreat.
