Man arrested in 2 separate break-ins
A man is under arrest for breaking into the West Virginia Child Advocacy Network, and he’s also a suspect in another break-in at Appalachian Power Park. Forty-two-year-old Benny Horn is charged with breaking and entering. He broke in to the Child Advocacy Network on Morris Street early Thursday morning and stole two laptops. In a separate incident, Horn is accused of stealing a keg of beer from Appalachian Power Park on Tuesday.
