Senate Could Take Up Impeachment Trial

West Virginia House Judicial Committee members have voted to recommend multiple articles of impeachment that include Justices Margaret Workman, Robin Davis, Allen Loughry and Beth Walker. Committee members passed 13 of the 15 articles. The recommendations will go to the full House for a vote Monday. If the House approves, the articles of impeachment would go to the Senate for a trial.
