Impeachment proceedings moving forward

The House Judiciary Committee is moving forward with impeachment articles for all four remaining members of the West Virginia Supreme Court. The Committee’s decision follows months of controversy over inappropriate spending by the Court. Now the full House of Delegates will convene Monday morning to weigh impeachment of Justice Allen Loughry, Margaret Workman, Robin Davis and Beth Walker.
