3 suspects under arrest in drive-by shooting

A drive-by shooting left bullet holes in a home on Third Avenue in Huntington. Eighteen-year-old, Thurman Hinkle, fired three shots from a .22 rifle. He’s charged with nine counts of felony wanton endangerment. Nine people were inside the home. No one was hurt. Two other suspects are under arrest and charged with accessory in the shooting.
