CDC Director hopeful about progress on the opioid epedemic

The Director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention visited West Virginia yesterday to better understand the response to the state’s opioid epidemic. Dr. Robert Redfield attended a summit in Huntington before touring Lily’s Place and Healthright in Charleston. Redfield says he’s hopeful about the state’s progress in turning the opioid epidemic around.
