Man accused of scamming elderly person

Charleston police are looking for a man accused for scamming an elderly person out of money in South Hills. Jason Snyder is wanted for fraud. He gave the victim a false name and offered to seal the victim’s driveway. Snyder took the cash, and never performed the work. Snyder is accused in several other similar schemes.
