Blankenship won’t be on the ballot in November

Don Blankenship will not be on the ballot in November for U.S. Senate. The West Virginia Supreme Court denied his challenge to the state’s Sore Loser Law. Blankenship lost the Republican primary in May and announced he would run as the Constitution Party candidate. The high court denied his petition, and said it acted quickly because of approaching deadlines associated with the November election.
