Logan County Schools Superintendent found guilty

Former Logan County Schools Superintendent Phyllis Doty has been found guilty on all counts in federal court. Doty was accused of using public money to buy ipods and ipads, and then selling them online, or giving them away as gifts. Doty was found guilty of eight felony charges, including wire fraud. She faces up to 122 years in prison, and will be sentenced in January.
