Thieves flood office building basement

Copper thieves flooded the basement of a Charleston office building. Thieves kicked in the back door of the Medical Arts Building on Quarrier Street over the Labor Day weekend. They cut and stole copper piping from the boiler room and from air conditioning units. Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
