Senate proceeds with impeachment process

A proposed deal to drop impeachment articles against state Supreme Court justices Margaret Workman and Beth Walker has been rejected by the Senate. A plan that called for censure and a public reprimand was tossed out. The Senate decided to proceed with the impeachment process and set impeachment trial dates for Workman, Walker, suspended Justice Allen Loughry, and former Justice Robin Davis.
