Job cuts at Highland Hospital

Charleston’s Highland Hospital is cutting dozens of jobs. The hospital is owned by a Tennessee company, and officials say more than thirty positions will be eliminated, with more emphasis placed on inpatient care. Nearly four-hundred people work at the hospital. The company says the workforce reduction will be mostly administrative positions.
