Manchin still undecided on Kavanaugh vote

West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin says he’s still undecided on Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote to the U.S. Supreme Court. Manchin is one of a handful of senators that have yet to make up their mind. President Trump is ordering an FBI investigation into the sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh. The move will delay the confirmation process by a week.
