Man posing as sanitation worker steals from elderly woman

Charleston police are looking for a convicted sex offender who posed as a Charleston Sanitation worker to steal from an elderly woman. Willis Caudill entered the victim’s home and told her he need to inspect the plumbing. While he was in the home Caudill stole the woman’s purse with cash and credit cards inside. Caudill is a suspect in three similar cases.
