More Resources Will Come to WV to Fight Drug Epidemic

The United States Senate is fighting the opiod epidemic. Senate Republicans and Democrats came together to overwhelmingly pass a sweeping opioids bill 98 to 1. The bill delivers resources to hard-hit areas like West Virginia, and helps law enforcement stop the flow of illegal drugs including synthetic opioids and fentanyl. With President Donald Trump’s signature, the bill will become law.
