Sen. Captio will vote in favor of Kavanaugh

GOP Senator Shelly Moore Capito says she will vote to confirm U.S. Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Captio says she made the decision after she was briefed on an FBI background investigation on sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh. Democratic Senator Joe Manchin is expected to make an announcement today on whether he will vote in favor or against Kavanaugh’s nomination.
