Student makes threat on Snapchat

Police are investigating after a George Washington High School student made a threat on social media. The student made the threat late Tuesday night on SnapChat. Charleston police have increased their presence at the school as a precaution. The student is prohibited from attending school, pending the outcome of an investigation.
