Hep-A cases rising in North Central WV

The number of hepatitis-A cases is rising in North Central West Virginia. Ten cases have been reported in Harrison County. Marion and Monogalia counties have reported an increase in Hep-A cases as well. Health officials stress the importance of proper hand washing, and the effectiveness of the hepatitis A vaccine.
