Flags at half-staff to remember California shooting victims

Flags are flying lower today to remember the victims of a mass shooting in California. Thirteen people died Wednesday night in a shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks. Governor Justice issued a proclamation yesterday to fly flags at half-staff.
