Police recover cruiser, suspect still at large

West Virginia State Police are looking for a man who slipped out of handcuffs and stole a police cruiser in Lincoln County. Fifty-year-old Michael McLaughlin escaped from custody Sunday. The cruiser and weapons inside were recovered in Big Creek near Sias Monday afternoon. McLaughlin is still on the run.
