New vote count doesn’t change Election results

Kanawha County Commissioners counted about 17-hundred votes that weren’t tabulated on Election Day, and the unofficial results don’t change the outcome of any of the races. Results for the House of Delegates 36th District race and the Senate 8th District race appear to remain the same as declared on Election Day. Ballots are saved on memory sticks, and drives from two precincts were never processed.
