Police looking for man who stole ATV

Police are looking for 40-year-old James Cummings. He’s accused of stealing an ATV in Kanawha City and leading police on a pursuit Saturday night. The side-by-side ATV was stolen on MacCorkle Avenue. Cummings was last seen on the West Side when he ran from police on foot.
