Troopers suspended for beating teenager

Two West Virginia state troopers have been suspended for beating a 16-year-old. Dashcam video shows troopers Derek Walker and Michael Kennedy hitting a 16-year-old boy. The teenager got into an altercation while he was being taken into custody for crashing into a Berkeley County police cruiser. The two officers have been suspended.
