Flags at half-staff to honor President Bush

Flags in West Virginia and across the country are at half-staff to honor President George H.W. Bush. The 41st president passed away Friday night at the age of 94. Governor Justice says Bush was a great public servant, and a brave soldier and veteran. Flags will remain at half-staff until the end of the month.
