Suspended trooper accused of assault in another traffic stop

One of the West Virginia State Troopers accused of beating up a teenager, was involved in a similar incident two years ago. A lawsuit filed earlier this year claims that Trooper Derek Walker shoved a woman to the ground after an accident in 2016. Walker and Trooper Michael Kennedy are suspended for beating up a 16-year-old that was captured on dashcam video.
